At Opulentiajewels, we believe that your jewelry should arrive as beautifully as it was crafted.

• Free Shipping (Continental U.S.): Orders valued at $399 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.
• Other Orders: For purchases under $299, or for shipments outside the continental U.S., a standard shipping fee will apply.
• All orders are carefully packaged in our signature Opulentiajewels gift box, ensuring a luxurious unboxing experience.

Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase from Opulentiajewels. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return options:

✅ In-Stock Merchandise

• All regularly priced, in-stock items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Sale items may be returned for store credit only and are not eligible for refunds.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be issued as store credit.

❌ Custom, Special Order & Modified Jewelry

Because of the unique nature of custom craftsmanship:

• Custom-designed, special-order, or modified jewelry pieces are non-returnable.
• Orders may be canceled before shipment, or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever comes first.
• Modified jewelry refers to any piece that has been altered per your request, such as ring sizing, stone setting, or chain adjustments. While these items are non-returnable, in rare cases Opulentiajewels may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• Local Clients: We would love to welcome you back in-store for a seamless return process.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date, whether shipped back or returned in person.

Shipping Your Return

To ensure safe delivery:

1. Place the item in its unused, original condition, along with the Opulentiajewels gift box and a copy of your receipt.
2. For diamond purchases accompanied by a certification report, please include the report in your return.
3. Use secure packaging with adequate padding. We strongly recommend using an insured courier service such as FedEx.
4. For your safety, label the package to “Opulentia” without any reference to jewelry.

Refund Process

Once your item is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a maximum of $35 will be deducted for shipping costs within the continental U.S.
